What is Marketing Education? 

Marketing educators teach a variety of marketing courses, including marketing and management, fashion marketing, sports and entertainment marketing, travel and tourism, digital marketing, advertising, personal finance, entrepreneurship, and more. Through these subjects, marketing educators help students master a wide variety of 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, problem solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, innovation, time management, and leadership. 

Marketing education is delivered through a three-pronged approach to education and includes classroom instruction, project-based learning, and DECA. The successful integration of each of these three components results in a strong program that produces well-rounded individuals who are prepared to be leaders in marketing, business, finance, management, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
